ENGAGE Afterschool is community collaboration to impact our future.  The program is ran by Elkins Parks and Recreation, in partnership with Davis & Elkins College and the Randolph County Family Resource Network.  Contributing organizations include the City of Elkins, Randolph County Commission and Randolph County Schools.
